- Office was moving to a new location – required internet connectivity
- Softphones were used initially which was provided by RingCentral
- Issues with local devices such as printers and scanners
Action – what we did to help:
- Migrated all users to Office 365 seamlessly with no issues
- Provided full solution quotes for FTTC and EoFTTC circuits
- Provided full solution quotes for cloud based telephony
- Advised on a cloud based Infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
Result – we delivered a 100% pure cloud solution meeting all of the customers needs:
- All users were moved to Office 365 Business Premium and all trained to use Cloud Sharing across all devices
- Client was happy to go ahead with a managed EoFTTC service and since installation the circuit has fulfilled all needs of the client with no connectivity issues
- We provided the client with cloud based telephony solution with 8 licenses, offering a bespoke call plan as well as porting their number across with no issues
- We have provided an entire cloud based infrastructure by supplying and Installing New PC’s, MFP Printer and a cloud based server
